1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vj8 ("vj8", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the vj8 website, mobile platform, casino games, sportsbook, payment services, promotional offers, and all related features accessible via vj8.app and any associated subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, clicking the "I agree" checkbox, or by continuing to use any part of the Platform after the effective date of this Agreement, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the full text of these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to be legally bound by all provisions set out in this Agreement.
• You meet all eligibility criteria described in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one exists. vj8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the vj8 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. vj8 actively enforces these requirements and will take immediate action — including account closure and forfeiture of balances — where violations are discovered.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register an account on vj8 or to use any service offered on the Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. vj8 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, the balance will be returned to the verified payment method, and the registration details will be flagged in our internal underage access register. If you are under 18 years of age, you are forbidden from accessing this Platform in any capacity.

2.2 Personal Account Requirement

Each player may hold exactly one account on the vj8 Platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended, promotional balances will be forfeited, and any real-money balance remaining will be subject to a fraud review prior to withdrawal approval.

2.3 Own Name and Funds

You must register your account using your own true legal name and personal details. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that were not obtained through illegal means. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, accepting deposits from third parties, or withdrawing to payment methods not in your own name is prohibited and may constitute money laundering under applicable law.

2.4 Geographical Eligibility

vj8 targets the Bangladesh market and is operated for English-speaking Bangladeshi players. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering an account. vj8 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate, legal, or available for use in any jurisdiction outside its intended market.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of vj8 services — including real-money deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process and satisfy the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements outlined below.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be asked to provide personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false registration information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 KYC Document Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, and in response to any internal risk review, vj8 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of the registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account matching the account holder name).
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes exceed internal thresholds.

vj8 will process submitted KYC documents within 3 business days. You will be notified by email of approval, rejection, or requests for additional documents. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is fully approved. vj8 is not liable for any delay or loss arising from a player's failure to submit documents promptly.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vj8 login credentials. You must use a strong, unique password for your vj8 account and must not share your login details with any other person. vj8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via mobile OTP, which is available from the account security settings panel. vj8 will never contact you to request your password by any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

vj8 offers a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on vj8 is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay credit to your vj8 wallet in real time following successful mobile wallet authorisation. Bank transfers from supported Bangladeshi banks (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) and international card payments (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 2 hours to process. vj8 does not charge a fee on the vj8 side for any standard deposit method; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — regardless of the reason — are prohibited and will be returned to the source, less any applicable transaction costs. vj8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile network outages.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts typically receive bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. vj8 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, your account must have passed full KYC verification. vj8 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or in response to internal risk reviews. Withdrawals may be delayed, held, or declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All transactions on vj8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote Taka amounts. vj8 does not facilitate currency conversion. If your payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, any exchange rate applied is entirely the responsibility of your payment provider, and vj8 is not liable for any resulting discrepancy.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. vj8 will contact you by email at least 30 days before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero. Fees cease immediately upon account reactivation. Players who wish to close a dormant account and withdraw the remaining balance may contact support at any time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vj8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus principles below.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by vj8 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated clearly in the specific bonus offer. Where a wagering requirement is expressed as, for example, "30x", this means the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times across eligible games before a withdrawal of the resulting balance can be processed. Stakes placed on excluded games do not count toward bonus wagering completion.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Claiming

Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension. Players must opt in to bonus offers where indicated before making the qualifying deposit; retroactive bonus crediting is not available.

5.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated via bonus funds is ৳20,000 per bonus. Any balance above this cap that derives solely from bonus play will be removed from the account upon withdrawal. Real-money portions of the balance are always withdrawable in full, subject to standard KYC and verification checks.

5.4 vj8 Rights Regarding Bonuses

vj8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including (but not limited to): evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, use of prohibited betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or changes in applicable laws. Where a bonus is cancelled in error, vj8 will make reasonable efforts to reinstate it upon player notification.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

vj8 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following rules apply to all casino game play and sports betting activity conducted on the Platform.

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on vj8 are supplied by licensed third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action, platform setting, or external factor. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published in the game's information panel. vj8 does not modify RTP values from those certified by the game supplier.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on vj8 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or force majeure event, vj8 will apply the standard settlement rules for the affected sport. Live in-play bets accepted after the known outcome of an event (palpable errors) will be voided. vj8 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at any time without notice.

6.3 Prohibited Betting Strategies

The following betting strategies are strictly prohibited on vj8 and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings:

• Arbitrage betting using multiple accounts or in conjunction with other platforms.
• Coordinated betting with other players to exploit bonus offers or odds pricing.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical assistance to place bets.
• Exploiting pricing errors (palpable errors) in published odds.
• Hedging bets across multiple accounts to guarantee risk-free returns.

6.4 Disputed Results

If you believe the result of a game or bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a formal dispute with the vj8 support team within 30 days of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this window will not be reviewed. vj8 will investigate all disputes and respond within 5 business days. Where a technical error is confirmed, the affected bets will be recalculated and your account will be credited or debited accordingly.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on vj8, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in full compliance with all applicable laws. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to your use of the Platform at all times.

7.1 General Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information at all times, including during registration and KYC verification.
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify vj8 immediately of any suspected unauthorised account access.
• Play within your personal financial means and use the responsible gaming tools provided if needed.
• Comply with all requests for identity or payment verification within the timeframes specified.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name when depositing or withdrawing funds.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform under any combination of names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulently obtained identity documents during the KYC process.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process illegally obtained funds, or conduct any form of financial fraud.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to fix outcomes, share hole cards, or coordinate strategy in live dealer games.
• Using unauthorised third-party software, browser extensions, or scripts that interact with the Platform in any automated way.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors on the Platform for financial gain without immediate notification to vj8 support.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward vj8 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any content, odds data, game content, or software from the Platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

vj8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or a legal or regulatory obligation to do so. Players may also voluntarily close their own accounts at any time.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your vj8 account voluntarily, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and a written request. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Any active bonus balances will be cancelled upon closure. Once your account is closed, you will lose access to your bet history, transaction records, and any accumulated loyalty points. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — may request immediate account closure with enhanced protections applied. Self-exclusion requests via our responsible gaming tools take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days (or the longer period selected). 8.3 Enforcement Closure

Where vj8 closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, the following may apply depending on the severity and nature of the breach:

• Immediate suspension of all account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.
• Forfeiture of all bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity.
• Return of verified real-money deposits (net of any charged fees) where the breach does not involve fraud or money laundering.
• Retention of the entire account balance where the breach involves fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Referral of account details and transaction records to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

8.4 Account Reinstatement

Players who believe their account was suspended or closed in error may submit a formal appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notification. vj8 will review the appeal and respond within 10 business days. Reinstatement is at vj8's sole discretion and is not guaranteed. Appeals submitted after the 30-day window will not be reviewed.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vj8's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement, the Platform, or any service provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. vj8 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis and vj8 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

8.6 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity. All formal communications between vj8 and players, including dispute notifications and account closure correspondence, shall be conducted in English.
